High Wycombe Town Centre Partnership (HWTCP Ltd) is an independent, non-profit organisation run by local businesses to drive the commercial success and vitality of the town centre. Re-launched in 2008, the partnership acts as a key link between local stakeholders and the local authorities. Our vision is to be a town inspired by its culture, heritage and diversity that is a dynamic, vibrant and beneficial place for all.

The Town Centre Manager oversees the day-to-day administration of the Partnership and reports directly to the Board who represent the membership and oversee the strategic vision. Regular meetings take place and sub-groups are regularly set up to address specific issues.

The Town Partnership’s Five Year Business Plan is focused on three keys:
1) Creating a unique atmosphere and sense of place
2) Projecting and Protecting the High Wycombe Brand
3) Providing a Best in Class Town Partnership service to Members

Town Partnership members are passionate about improving High Wycombe and volunteer countless hours to drive projects forward which benefit everyone in the town centre including businesses, visitors, residents, community groups. Membership contributions are currently used to match fund public grants to enable town centre improvement projects to be delivered.

We act as a link for town centre businesses and the local authorities and work closely with Wycombe District Council and Bucks County Council to ensure that local area plans are adding value to local businesses and the Town Centre.
